The new mailx is version `1:8.1.1-2', not `8.1.1-2'.

dselect automatically "upgrade" mailx from 8.5.5-1 to 8.1.1-2 as per
example:
Preparing to replace mailx 8.5.5-1 (using .../mail/mailx_8.1.1-2.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement mailx ...
isn't version 8.5.5 higher than 8.1.1? the only
