hi ya a modified toms root-boot will be a linux distro on one floppy... some tweeking needed with initrd files busybox sounds like a fun project to go look at though and if 1.44 floppy is too small... a 4Mb flash is good too ... ( easy enough to squeeze 16Mb-32Mb of linux os into it ) -
