chrony_1.20-2 Released

I've uploaded chrony_1.20-2. It may have problems in the rtc stuff, especially on 440BX/GX boards. Please test it. Running the chronyc rtcdata command will suffice. To do so you will need 'Enhanced RTC' support in your kernel and will need to uncomment the rtcfile line in /etc/chrony/chrony.con
