XEmacs21 not changing fonts in X

Hi to all, I just upgraded to Xfree 3.6. However, my default font in X is very big now. Netscape menus and other applications' menu are really huge. Can anyone give me an hint how to change font size in X? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you. AleX
