Hello, please use ENVY to install the newest Driver on your Debian Like System. I ve install Ubuntu 7.10 on my Lenovo Z61p (Fire GL V5200 mobil) and only the envy installed version of ATI-Driver works with 3D OpenGL an Compiz 3D Desktop. Please check that fglrx-info shows no MESA Driver! Goo
