This is known issue in the apt-mirror [1]
You can use apt-mirror2 [2] which fixes all known apt-mirror issues

my config file has a single repo
deb-src https://deb.debian.org/debian bookworm-updates main contrib non-free
non-free-firmware
the following is what i get
it seems the bookworm-updates sources file has no line "Files:"
