The immediate solution turns out to be simply to add "cgi-bin" to the url: http://localhost/cgi-bin/blosxom/ But the documentation and tutorials on the Apache web site (httpd.apache.org) show how to rewrite, map, etc., within the Apache2 configuration file in order to simplify the url to some
