Okay, a couple of mutt questions:
Q1
the command
set index_format="%4C %Z %{%b %d} %-15.15L (%4l) %s"
works fine, but
folder-hook debian set index_format="%4C %Z %{%b %d} %-15.15n (%4l) %s"
gives a "no variable Z" error or somesuch. I think this is probably be
