When trying to run the aforementioned software, I get an error message
saying "file not found". All the dependencies (tk8, tcl8) are installed
and well, as other packages depending on them run perfectly.

Just installed the latest Zircon1.18 from unstable and the new
tcl76 and tk42 packages.
Zircon refuses to run giving the error;
can't find package interp 7.6
while executing
"package require -exact interp [info tclversion]"
