Yes. I'm using Jeff Waugh's package. Add the following to
/etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://www.gnome.org/~jdub/debian/sid ./
deb-src http://www.gnome.org/~jdub/debian/sid ./
Then apt-get install evolution-exchange
