Here's a thing! I've been trying to get Xemacs 21.4 to function on my

In that process I was told by XE 21.4 that I needed the xaw-wrappers
package and to play with the update-xaw-wrappers command - installed one

I was using the newest version in potato... I then downgraded to 0.23 in slink.
After update-xaw-wrappers, it moved to xgospel.real, an replace xgospel with
the perl script you wrote.
But when I run it, it does the exactly the same thing.
Is there any other way to force the program to use the
What version of xaw-wrappers do you have? What you did won't work on newer
versions.

Hi,
I have a program that only works with the libXaw from xlib6g. But I
also have xaw3dg installed.
And when I compile the program with -lXaw, it uses the libXaw from
xaw3dg which will then core

Hi,
I was looking around and find the ``Xaw-Xpm'' page (
http://www.zip.com.au/~bb/XawXpm/ ).
Its a hack of Xaw, and i think its provides a much more nice interface for the
Xaw-application.(so shows the screenshots...)
Im wondering, is that Xaw-hack as a debian package ?? (if

You said you were using this line:
/usr/bin/X11/xload,/usr/X11R6/lib/libXaw95
This tells xaw wrappers to do everything i

Another data point.
If I chmod xload.real to 755, xload seems to run ok, although it still

I've tried to use the xaw-wrappers program with xload using the
following entry in /etc/xaw-wrappers.conf:
/usr/bin/X11/xload,/usr/X11R6/lib/libXaw95
But all I get is:
griffon:~> echo $PATH
/home/verisim/usr/bin:/home/behanw/bin:/home/behanw/bin/share:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr
I installed the new xaw3d package out of curiosity. It has
become the one used in X at the moment. I'd like to change back
to xaw95 (which is still installed) but don't know how. Any
ideas?
Thanks in advance.

1) When I attempt to use PCB it doesn't work, saying that
there is no libXaw.so.6. They look in /usr/lib and /lib,
so I tried to put a symlink in one of these directories
to the real libXaw file, and runned ldconfig, but didn't
work.
