XF86Setup file not found

I have download the zipped files off of the debian web site for installation of the XWindows. I used gzip -dc filename.tgz | tar xfB - to unzip the files; making sure that I was in the /usr/X11R6 directory. They seem to unzip successfully however, when I go to the directory where X86Setup is insta
