ok i've fixed it, it works, great, change the MTU from 1500 to 1492 and
it's running smoothly :)

having trouble with the pppoe package suplied by debian in sid, currently i'm
using the one suplied by my ISP (pppoe is from Network Telesystems), but
i'd prefer 2 use the debian one ;)
