The answer I saw on bugs.debian.org (and that worked for me) was to
dpkg-reconfigure
Recently galeon started doing something very strange. Here it goes.
Upon startup of galeon, new windows immediately popup over and over again ad
infinitum. I'm running unstable. I've tried reinstalling galeon, to no
avail. Any ideas?
