Hi,
I tried recompiling libglide2, but it seems like V1-support was dropped
from the source-package, too. So I searched for a RPM with V1-support,
installed it, and now everything works as it used too!
Thanks for the answers, anyway.
greets,
markus

I have a Diamond Monster 3d 4Mb Voodoo graphics card.
I used to use it with SuSE 6.4 and xfree86 3.3.6. and
could play tuxracer and bzflag.
Since I upgraded to xfree86 4, I have not been able to
configure the voodoo(1) graphics chipset.
I am running debian testing, xfree86 4.2.1 and

I found libglide3 was required. Also, the 3D accel only works at 16-bi

Hi, is it possible to use an old 3dfx voodoo graphics card?
I have a diamond stealth 2000 (S3-Virge)

I am have tried this with both the stock debian 2.4-18 kernel:
