Try just using pppconfig and choose two different provider names
(e.g. isp1, isp2). Then to conn

Use pppconfig once for each ISP, giving each a unique name in the "Provider
Name"
I think what you're looking for is xisp. Install it from slink/contrib
/binary-i386.
It's configurable to use multiple accounts, each separate settings,
including password auth. type and also up to 8 phone numbers per
isp.
