I can't seem to get sitebar setup on my Debian 3.1 system.
So far, I've been able to browse to
http://localhost:81/sitebar/. I did the DB Configuration page
that created a config.inc.php, and I put the config.inc.php
into /etc/sitebar/.
Now when I go to http://localhost:81/sitebar
