I still see many such errors. I think they are viruses and bots trying to
spam you. I haven't heard any complaint about mail lost because of this
problem. When I look at those hosts, they still seem as some infected
machines...

mail server one time then the next time it is OK with the same mail
server. And some of these servers I would not suspect of slamming.
Has anyone else noticed these problems with sendmail's greet_pause
