ons first? I have only ever back-ported a higher version. What version
of libsane have you got now? Or perhaps you have a missing driver.

For a set of file I am getting following error:

I have also check the same with 2.5.35 version. It also flags same error.

I am not able to connect it via the Xsane interface.
