In Debian i will need to change over to the TLS secure protocol. is this done by certificate update or must i also update the software. in particular i am using Perl to send and receive i believe SSL protocol now. my current Debian is 4.1.2-25, Kernel 2.6.26-2 Amd, Apache 2, Postfix other sy
