dpkg -L foo
... if you have foo.deb already installed. If it's just a .deb file
sitting on your disk, then:
dpkg -c foo.deb

in a .deb pkg? If I do man plpftp, the "See Also" section shows ncpd
and plpftp. Not plpbackup, etc. Course, the problem goes beyond plptools.
