What are you putting in that kernel? I have my 2.0.34 compiled with vfat/dos/iso9660 support, SB16, some other options, and it's 360K only, in the bzImage format. GO through the kernel and unmark all the stuff you don't need. I think the kernel size limitation is in the docs. If my memory serves m
