The debian-policy package (doc, standard) includes the Debian
Policy Manual and the Filesystem Hierarchy Standard (in the form
of txt, ps, dvi). I found this package

I don't know of one @ the Debian WWW site, but there's one in the O'Reilly
"Learning GNU/Linux" book ... which may be at least partly on the Web ...
