I had the same problem with my old laptop. Try booting from the msdos partition (if you still have it). Here is the info on how to do it: http://www.debian.org/releases/2.2/i386/install section 6.3.1 Basically, put loadlin.exe, linux (linux kernel), root.bin on c:\, then reboot, hit F8 as soon as m
