since, AFAIK, the authors are not on this list.
Utorrent and BitComent are written by C for Window$, while Utorrent
can run on FreeBSD and Linux thr

the speed is reltive :
it goes from how many seeders and lechers (how much can you download)
how high you upload :
for example :
if you have 16 kb upload and you upload till 12 you can get maximum
download speed.
but if you try to upload 14 you could get good dow
