there is a program that could do that and it it called vnc
you can connect from linux box to win and the other way with no problems:

Hello!I was wondering if it is possible to connect from Win95 with ssh to anLinux box and recieve
youd need to be running a correctly setup x server on the windows
side. but yeah, technicaly it's possible.
