I reinstalled Linux on HDB with HDA attached. Next I edited the /etc/lilo.conf
file as suggested below. This worked!! and I can now boot both Win98 and
Linux!!
I guess by doing this it put LILO in the MBR of /dev/hda (Win98).
There are ways suggested to go aroung reinstalling Linux but the above

on the second partition on the first drive (hda).
And then you have windoze on the first partition on the second
harddrive(hdb)

your win part of lilo.
I have several systems with dualboot, but never used that one before,
never seen it either:)
Try to remove it, then run "lilo" and try boot up in windoze.
