Some IBM machines require booting with a floppy to update BIOS settings
whenever you add or remove cards, even for PCI
apparently--having sucked this off the list--this is what you need to do:

know that the current version (bo) already includes
MCA support? It works beautifully on my PS2 Model 85
(386 with 11 MB RAM and 2 GB IDE HD and ATAPI CDROM.) I
