I just realized that you said you were using potato, my mistake. My
previous solution was a small bash script containing the following
ipchains -P forward DENY
ipchains -A forward -i ppp0 -j MASQ
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
that should work a little better
