I got HP Web JetAdmin to work okay on my Hamm distribution, after making a few sym-links to make up for the differences in filespace layout. However, I tried it again with slink and it refuses connection. I wonder if there are some access permissions that changed default from the two distros'. E

I cheated to install the Jet Admin package. I created a symbolic link inside /etc called rc.d which linked to the above directory, which was etc. The install was then able to carry on with no problem. I think I was even able to remove the rc.d link when the install had finished. I have not actu
