HD Memory is only used for storing your programs,
RAM on the other hand, is used for storing the memoryspace required by
programs
Hence more RAM will improve performance a LOT. If you're system can handle
it buy 133Mhz ram with cas2, not 133Mhz ram with cas3 this is muuch slower
than cas2 type ram

Both can be bought REALLY cheap. HD does effect speed, but memory would effect
speed more.
