I had the same problem - ordering from them was like ordering into an empty

Try LSL - I've had pretty good luck with them, even though they sometimes are a
little behind in updating the latest binaries and source on thier CDs (but
unfortunately, I've not found anyone else to be much better
That was in April...
And I'm still waiting for ...11 PAID editions of Debian :-((

Since so many people complain about Greenbush Technologies delivery
record, here's a success story:
A friend ordered cd's from Paul Wade' company and he got them delivered
pretty fast (in days), considered that the cd's had to be sent to Europe.
So, at times, they do get it right.
