Depending on how exim is set up, you may be able to view the message header and body (as separate files) in /var/spool/exim/input. If ther are a large number of directories (0-9, a-b, A-Z) then the message and header will be in the directory with the same letter as the last letter in the first bloc

Take a look at /usr/share/doc/exim/spec.txt.gz and search for the string 'frozen'. Basically, a message marked frozen could not be delivered, nor could it be bounced back to the sender. It is possible that this is due to a long term network outtage (exim keeps trying periodically, so it would hav
