We fixed the bootable CD issue. The $4.95 Official 2-CD Set is bootable.

before I actually did, and each time I decided not to do so
until Debian got its act together. Som

The need for six disks for cd installation, for example. I installed it
on a friends cd with two, which was two more than I needed. I think one
of the installs on this machine was entirely from dos with loadlin.
