Thanks very much...this did the trick, although I also had to drag a copy of the so file over to the Broadcast directory as well. So far its a bit unstable on my system...but it might be OE (operator error) right now, as I start getting used to playing with video editing. On 04-Nov-2001 csj wrote

Hello. I'm running broadcast2000, version 2000c-2, on a mostly potato machine (some testing upgrades) and it runs and is usable, but it does show some instability. ldd show no mention of the libXv.so requirement and I can't find anything else on this lib, either. Other than the lack of documenta
