Nope. 1.3.1 comes with kernel 2.0.30 (and I think 2.0.29 too). 1.3.1 is
a stable release so it does not make sense to ship it with an unstabl

Downloaded 2.1.X kernels trees from archive sites (http://www.linuxhq.com/).
