Thank you all. I deleted the directory /usr/X11R6 and after it I
reinstall all the packages containing files likw was under the X11R6
directory and now almost everythink is work. Thank you again.

As I understand it, the latter of your examples applies, the different
levels are parsed subsequently:
o first, the resources in '/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/app-defaults'
o then the resources in '/etc/X11/Xresources'
