Now the IBM 3995 or IBM 3996 optical jukebox systems are no longer supported
by IBM as Plasmon (original manufacturer) went outta business. UDO itself is
long since done. Most IBM 3995 and IBM 3996 optical jukebox users are fast
migrating to blu ray due to cost, non proprietary format, wide ranging
Phantom Data Systems Optical Jukebox System got us off the 64TB system we
had running on the HP system..in support of the above statement, these
guys have been replacing these HP, IBM and Plasmon UDO machines in the last
