Depends on how you connect to the network (either local network or Internet, whichever applies). I use a dialup PPP link so I put it in /etc/ppp/ip-up.d/, but if you have a cable/DSL/etc. connection, I'd write a quick init script, put it in /etc/init.d/, and create symlinks (in /etc/rc*.d/) to bri
