Edit the /etc/network/interfaces file. To find the format, read the
interfaces(5) manual page.

I'm relatively new to the whole Debian thing, although I've been a user of
Redhat for awhile :)
Anyhoo, I've used the webmin tool to setup my eth0 IP address and gateway,
but every time I boot up the settings disappear.
I'm forced to login and type:
ifconfig eth0 192.168.0.21
route add default gw
