I installed woody without apparent problems. That's the good news. The bad
news is that one of the first things I tried to do was to upgrade to gnome2
and gdm2. I searched on the web and found the instructions of how to get the
backport of Gnome2 by Gustavo Noronha. I had errors in 10 or 12 of the
