apt-get problem (package list corrupted !)

When i run apt-get update i get a Segmentation fault. The last thing i see is Reading Package lists ... 0% I think my package list is corrupted. How does i reconstruct it ?? Knud

Problem package

Hi, I have installed the bplay package through dselect. dselect tells me the package is broken, but bplay works. I tried to remove it, but dselect tells me the package is so damaged it has to be reinstalled. I tried to install it using dpkg but got another error message. Now I can either uninstall
