Well, I will answer to myself :( It looks that postfix-tls (in unstable)
is little bit fucked.
Workarround is to use http://only.mawhrin.net/~mss/thingies/pam-realm/.
/etc/pam.d/smtpd should be named /etc/pam.d/smtp and contain this:

I'm having troubles to upgrade from SASL1 to SASL2 on my unstable Debian
box. After upgrade SASL authorization stoped working, it is more than
month or so, now I really need it working again.
