Odd Wine issue with nvidia-tesla-470-driver

I found an odd issue on Debian Bookworm with nvidia-tesla-470-driver installed and the i386 arch installed as a secondary arch (dpkg --add-architecture i386). When installing wine it tries to pull in nvidia-390 packages and breaks. Has anyone seen this before or is there a workaround? I suspect nvi
