I solved with reinstalling drivers with:
"Reboot into Single User mode.
# aptitude update
# aptitude install build-essential linux-headers-$(uname -r)
module-assistant nvidia-kernel-source nvidia-xconfig
# m-a prepare
# m-a a-i nvidia
# aptitude install nvidia-glx
# nvid

sudo apt-show-versions | grep nvidia
sudo: apt-show-versions: command not found
it look like you have to install apt-show-versions
run:
$ sudo apt-get install apt-show-versions
$ apt-show
