Yes, and I already filed a bugreport on that. The problem is that
the new xlib6 breaks /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale. You can fix the
problem by replacing that symlink with a link to locale.xlib6-old.

After upgrading to slink netscape bails out like this (both the new
modular netscape packages and netscape4):
communicator-smotif.real: locale `C' not supported.
Perhaps the $XNLSPATH environment variable is not set correct
