Netscape bookmarks are in a file called ~/.netscape/bookmarks.html. If
you
can export your bookmarks from IE, you should be able to edit the
resulting file into the right format.

In the file `preferences.js', look for the following line and edit it
according to YOUR preference:
user_pref("browser.bookmark_file", "/home/broult/lib/netscape/bookmarks.html");
At the top that file you will find the following warning:
// Netscape User Preferences

You don't need an LDAP server, you can use mod_roaming with Apache instead, we
use it at work and its great :)

you can have em install that module and use the roaming features of
netscape. keep the same bookmarks/preferences/everything accross te

I intend to use my netscape bookmark.htm from my windows-partition for
linux as well. So I made a soft-link from my windows-netscape bookmark.htm
to ~/.netscape/bookmarks.html. Works fine, except for one thing.. Netscape

which is supposed to be a binary of the M14
(according to Mozilla.org), and I figured out how
to untar/zip it to a dir, but what then?

file is located in /usr/lib/
Hi!
This isn't strictly debian related but...
Does anybody know how to change the default bookmarks.html file
