X works again (gcc 2.8.1 was a big mistake by me).
Yet I get "Bus Error", when i start netscape.
Maybe this could help to find the error (I don't know anything)
$ldd /usr/lib/netscape/netscape
libXt.so.6 => /usr/lib/libc5-compat/libXt.so.6 (0x4000c000)

When netscape 3 crashed a couple of times, i figured I'd try 4. Which turned
out to lack the two things that I've disliked in other browsers: turning
autoloading of images on/off is a preference rather than a menu item, and the
alt-number to go back a page or two is gone. Not to mentions som
It turns out that my preference.js file in ~/.netscape was corrupt. I
had to amnually add a line or two.
