Thats the problem, Netscape will only make it available through a web page using a cgi that checks where you are (to make sure your in the US). The program is offered up as 'promise.cgi', not the real file name. I'm going to check it out today, see if it works. Matthew On Tue, 3 Jun 1997, Brian
