You can get netscape 4.61 as a debian package b
You are missing some libraries.
In the future, if you have some problem like this, just go to the debian
homepage and search
for this filename. I have searched for you, and it returns:
usr/X11R6/lib/libXt.so.6x11/xlib6g
usr/X11R6/lib/libXt.so.6.0

was fixed, I deleted the message of the sir that replyed to my last
post.
And have a new problem with similar symtoms.
